We're a small, hands-on business, so customers can discuss the brief directly with the project team. The proposal identifies the design, supply, installation and specialist interfaces required from the initial survey through to handover.

Design first, steel second
Every project starts with warehouse design consultancy, not a price list. We survey your building, measure your loads and your handling, then produce CAD layouts that test the options - mezzanine positions, racking densities, pick routes, escape distances - before a single bolt is ordered.
It is how we keep the advice practical: sometimes the better answer is a smaller floor, a revised column grid or reconfigured racking. The layout tests the gain in numbers, the quotation defines the scope, and the information needed for the approval route is coordinated from the start.
We use the same design-led process everywhere we operate - across Somerset, Devon, Bristol, Bath and the wider South West - with travel, delivery and programme assumptions set out clearly in the quotation.

Projects are designed around the applicable structural, access and fire requirements, with drawings, calculations and approval information coordinated for the agreed scope. Pallet-racking layouts are based on the actual loads, handling equipment and installed configuration.
What working with us looks like
A typical project begins with a brief and, where required, a free measured survey covering the building, intended use, access and operating constraints. The resulting proposal sets out the layout, scope, price assumptions, approval information and programme. Engineering, Building Control support and installation phasing are then coordinated for the agreed project, including occupied-site constraints where relevant.
The aim throughout is clear responsibility and project-specific advice. Where quality used equipment is suitable, it can be included as an option; where a building or brief does not support the proposed solution, the limitations should be explained before an order is placed.
